Erin has the unique ability to blend nutrition plans and goals in a balanced, non-restrictive approach that is realistic and sustainable while also meeting your health requirements and goals.

Erin incorporates a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis in her practice to track your progress by measuring trends in body composition to ensure muscle, water absorption and retention, nutrient absorption and cellular health and other health parameters are trending in the right direction.

“My nutrition career journey began in 2001 when I began my nutrition degree. Working for many amazing organizations, clinics and people throughout the years. I created my nutrition private practice as a need to create more work life balance in my life. I felt a strong need to have flexibility to spend time with my children and family while also pursuing my passion. There were no nutritionists in the Snoqualmie Valley at the time (2015) and I felt that we should have this much needed care in our hometown. I am honored to serve our community, while having work life balance as a nutritionist. I see clients in our cozy Snoqualmie office and virtually.”

Erin studied at Southern Illinois University for her Bachelors in Science in Dietetics. Erin earned her Master’s Degree in Nutrition at Bastyr University and graduated in 2007.

Amid the conflicting food fads and confusing health information, Erin serves as your nutrition guide, crafting nutrition and wellness plans that empower you to enhance the quality of your life.
